Rusha & Co. is housed in a historic 1914 firehouse that once belonged to Engine Company 33 of the Los Angeles Fire Department. The gallery was initially established in 2020 as an artist run space by Guy Rusha, with its first location on Olive Street in Downtown Los Angeles. In 2023, Rusha & Co. relocated to its current address after an environmentally sustainable reactivation of the historic building.
